What it is
Scheduling and client management built around a simple day view, aimed at one-person field service businesses. The free Solo plan puts no limit at all on jobs or clients, which is unusual in this category, and asks for no card. What it does hold back is the paperwork: quotes, invoices and online payments sit in the $20-a-month plan, and the free plan works on one device only.

Our observations
- The only free tier in this category we found with no cap on the number of jobs or clients.
- It is also the only one where quotes and invoices are not in the free tier — you can plan the work but not bill for it.
- Crews is priced per business rather than per seat: $50 a month covers unlimited users, which works out cheaper than per-user pricing from about three people up.
