Our observations
- One of the very few CRMs at any price where the total cost of year five is the same as the total cost of year one.
- Self-hosted, so the running cost is your web hosting and the work of keeping it updated. That is the trade you are making for never paying rent.
- The site does not state how long support is included or whether the licence caps users, so ask before you buy if that matters to you.
