LeadStack
A white-label CRM for agencies, bought once instead of rented.
What it is
A self-hosted CRM an agency brands as its own and hands to every client as an isolated sub-account: pipeline, automations, booking pages and AI agents. Sub-accounts, contacts and seats are unlimited and none of them are metered, which is the whole argument against the per-contact platforms it is pitched against. You own the source code and the data.
What it costs
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Licence | $1,782 one-off |
| "Own it" deal | $891 — half price, limited to 10 buyers |
| Future updates | Included |

Our observations
- Nothing is metered: no per-contact, per-sub-account or per-seat fee. Against a platform that charges per contact, the licence pays for itself quickly at agency scale.
- It is the most expensive listing on this site by a wide margin, and the half-price offer is capped at ten buyers — so the number you see today may not be the number you pay.
- Self-hosted and white-label, aimed at agencies running client workspaces. A one-person trade business would be buying far more machine than it needs.
- Mind the domain: this is leadstack.dev. There is a separate leadstack.ai, a white-label GoHighLevel clone sold on a subscription, which is not the same company and does not belong on this site.
- Their comparison table claims GoHighLevel has no website builder. It does — a website builder and a funnel builder are in every GoHighLevel plan. The case for buying a licence instead of renting one stands on its own; that particular line does not.
